A customer record lets you sell on credit, track what someone owes, and award loyalty points.
Selling on credit
Set a credit limit on the customer, then choose Credit as the payment method at the till. WakaERP raises an invoice automatically for a sale taken entirely on credit, so the debt is documented without anyone remembering to create the paperwork.
Loyalty points
Points accrue on the customer as they spend. The till shows their balance and what the current sale will add. Voiding a sale takes the points back.
