Set your paper size in Settings > Point of Sale — 58mm or 80mm for a thermal printer, or A4 for a desk printer. Getting this wrong is the usual cause of a receipt printing over one corner of the paper.
Auto-print sends the receipt as soon as a sale completes, which is what you want on a busy till. Header and footer text, and whether the logo prints, are all in the same place.
If nothing prints, check the printer is the browser's default and that pop-ups are not blocked for your WakaERP address.
