API keys let another system read and write your WakaERP data. Webhooks push events out to a URL you control as things happen.
An API key carries real access to your business data. Treat it like a password: it is shown once when created, store it somewhere safe, and revoke any key you no longer recognise. These are Owner and Admin only, deliberately — not part of the settings a manager gets.
